Hi, I’m Urvi.
Legacy isn’t built someday — it’s built in the way you lead today.
I believe transformation begins within — and when we embody that transformation, we create ripples that can change our organizations, our communities and our world.
My work bridges both: supporting individuals to reclaim their authenticity, voice and presence, as well as partnering with mission-driven organizations to align strategy, structure and culture for lasting impact.
From transitions to transformations.
I’ve walked alongside leaders in many forms — ambassadors, C-suite executives, nonprofit boards, grassroots teams, and women finding their voice in new and courageous ways. No matter the setting, the throughline is always the same: when we anchor in clarity, authenticity and presence, we unlock our fullest potential.
As a transformational leadership coach, I support women leaders, entrepreneurs and impact makers to lead with confidence, alignment and power. Together, we create inner shifts that ripple outward into their work and lives.
As a nonprofit strategist and interim leader, I help organizations stabilize during transition, strengthen operations and culture, and clarify vision so they can focus their energy on what matters most — amplifying their impact. From messy to momentum, chaos to coherence, I’ve seen what becomes possible when strategy and heart move together.
This work isn’t just professional — it’s deeply personal. My own journey as a woman of color leader taught me how essential it is to align inner truth with outer expression. For years, I wrestled with my own voice, questioning when to speak and how to lead. Learning to trust my spirit — and to let it guide me — has shaped everything I do.
That’s why, whether I’m coaching a leader through a season of growth or guiding a nonprofit through complex change, I bring the same lens: clarity, compassion and courage in service of something greater.
At the heart of it all is one guiding principle: transformation that lasts — inside and out.
For individuals, this means reclaiming voice, presence and confidence to lead authentically.
For organizations, it means aligning vision, people and systems to carry the mission forward.
This is the space where heart meets strategy, and where the work of today builds the impact of tomorrow.
Why this work matters to me so deeply.
Beyond the Surface
I don’t just hear words — I hear what’s beneath them.
I see the patterns others miss and surface the deeper truths that shape how we lead and live.
This isn’t about band-aid solutions. It’s about weaving coherence, so you, your vision, your people, and your systems all move in harmony.
Leaders often tell me it feels like a kind of “Midas touch” — turning stuckness into momentum, burnout into balance, and confusion into clarity.
Before I became a coach and consultant, I built a career around pushing for progress.
I’ve lived abroad, led award-winning teams, facilitated high-stakes foreign relations, and even trained to run for office. My focus was creating flourishing communities via education, healthcare, and equity-building.
(Your legacy has little to do with your resume but it does leave a wake behind your ship. Over here, we like to celebrate the successes along the way. I'll go first.)

Let’s talk. How can I help strengthen your leadership, team, mission delivery, and culture?
A Few Spirited Things About Me:
I love to dance.
Dance floors, table tops, on a run, in my kitchen...booty be shaking. In fact, I used to love a club scene so much (yes, hi brown girl) and that ill-timed DJ airhorn sound effect, that I’ve brought it to parenting! I make my own airhorn sound effect to signal morning mantra time for my 5YO (morning mantra is when we own our awesome in our home).
I talk with my hands, boldly.
Fact: it’s hard for me to talk while sitting on my hands. You’ll see - hop on a call with me!
I take it saucy and spicy.
I L-O-V-E hot sauce, and lots of it. Fact: I need 12 Taco Bell sauce packets to one bean burrito (I order it substitute: black beans, extra onions, extra red sauce).
I’m a renaissance woman.
I am super logical and yet, very creative. I’m always seeking and growing. I have many talents and like to lean into them. I can talk about the latest in fashion with you and then discuss the exploration of black matter. I manage the finances and make beautiful birthday banners. I am bountiful in abilities and limitless in possibilities.
I’m consciously parenting.
I’m raising two incredible humans (presenting as boys right now) with my husband. And we’re navigating it all (you know what I mean by that if you’re trying to be a woke momma).
I’m a lefty.
But actually I’m ambidextrous (somewhat). This explains why I have a left-brain and right-brain thing going on, too.
