A Message from Urvi

When my child asked, “Mom, where in my body is my spirit?” — something cracked open in him, and in me.

That question led to this book. And it led me back to a truth I had almost forgotten: our children are already whole. They are already wise. And our job is to create a brave space for them to be it.

Like many caregivers, I’ve wrestled with overwhelm, perfectionism and fear. But again and again, my kids have reminded me of what matters most: presence, joy, and spirit. I wrote Where is My Spirit? for them. And for you.

If you’re raising your child with intention — and looking to reconnect with your own spirit in the process — this book is for you.

With spirit and love,
